Guild is proud to now offer the D-40 in a Richie Havens signature version. The D-40 Richie Havens Signature w/Fishman® is a tribute to Havens that features a solid Sitka spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, his favorite double-pickguard setup and his signature on the truss rod cover, along with updated specs such as a tighter top radius, red spruce top bracing, ebony headcap with mother-of-pearl “Chesterfield” logo, Gotoh® vintage style open-back tuners, dual-action truss rod, slim neck heel, and the Fishman® Matrix™ Infinity pickup system. The sound of “Freedom” rings from this guitar!
